Omar Saleem is the founder of DesiWebUSA.com. His vision to connect local communities together into a global village of sorts has launched DesiWebUSA.com to a new era of relating.
Omar is also the founder/CEO of Eplanet Technologies, a web-based business, as well as TheUltimatePrint, a printing site. He also thrives in the medical society as a full-time Radiologic Technologist. In his spare time, Omar enjoys fine dining, dancing and social networking.
Kiran Bahl
Kiran Bahl is fashion. From tracking the latest runway collections to analyzing international style forums, she has a knack of predicting the right styles for the right individual. Kiran is the founder/CEO of Gro Styles, an Indian Boutique. Her boutiques have become the largest in the state of Florida and she plans to continue her expansion online. She is also an avid writer and has been a fashion columnist for several years. In her spare time, Kiran enjoys spending time with her family/friends, shopping, and cooking.
Rishi Singh Bagga
Rishi Singh Bagga is an Attorney practicing in the areas of Criminal Law, Commercial Litigation, Civil Rights, and general law practice at Bagga Law, LLC in Orlando, Florida. Rishi is a former Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he successfully prosecuted numerous serious felony cases, including narcotics trafficking, armed burglary and robbery, domestic violence, and sexual offense cases. He earned an LL.M. in Law and Government with a focus in Civil Rights and Constitutional Law, as well as a J.D, from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. Additionally, he earned a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida.

My name is Vibha and writing has always been a secret hobby of mine. I believe it's, "better to write for yourself and have no public, then write for the public and have no self." I was traveling a couple of weeks ago and happen to sit next to a 96 year old woman. She talked about her parents, her children down to her great grandchildren and in between all those kids, she mentioned her late husband. For some reason, I couldn't get over how independent she was at her age, which made me smile. In the end, she and I played a game of Sudoku. I believe everyone has a story and being a part of desiwebusa gives me that opportunity to do something I enjoy.

Monica Bassi
Canadian-born Monica Bassi is no newcomer to the world of media. From producing and hosting reality TV shows to writing and directing films, she ventures to new heights with every project. Her parents, who hail from Northern India, instilled Indian language and culture in their children. Although English is her first language, Monica reads, writes, and speaks Hindi fluently. In 2009 Monica began hosting a web show called Visions in Production, or VIP TV. The show’s focus was to give viewers a ‘behind the scenes’ perspective on the film making process. Monica accomplished this by interviewing producers, directors, writers, and actors working on film projects, as well as celebrities attending Florida film festivals. In 2010 she was brought on by Ivision Media to Host and Co-produce a reality dating show titled ‘Flavor of the Week’. Monica moves on to write, producer, direct, and star in her first short film, Fresh Arrangement. Fresh Arrangement was an official Selection at the India International Film Fest in Tampa, FL and enjoyed its World Premiere in front of a large audience. The short film brought Monica the publicity and motivation she needed to continue pursuing her passion of film making. In 2011 the rock/dance record label known as Have You Heard (HUH) approached Monica to play a Video Jockey, introducing different music videos, in their promotional video which serves as their primary marketing tool. Prior to getting her foot into TV and films Monica was an aspiring vocalist who worked with music producers throughout Florida. Having recorded a variety of tracks Monica now finds her songs useful as background and theme music in her films. Monica Bassi joins the DesiWebUSA team as an experienced, vibrant media host who will surely grab your attention on camera. Stay tuned to see more of Monica on our show!
Sarina Harjani
Sarina Harjani is a born native of Florida and has been living in Tampa since childhood. She is a recent graduate of the University of South Florida and concentrated her studies in Public Relations. Recently, she decided to fulfill her passion in life and pursue her education as a Nurse Practioner. Sarina undeniably has a zest for the satisfying pleasures life has to offer. She relishes traveling and hopes to one day open a non-profit clinic in Northern India. In addition to traveling, she volunteers at the local hospital and is in the process of learning Hindi. Her thrill in life comes from the joy of her family. She appreciates every opportunity in life and makes each day for what it is worth.
Sarah Parishani
Sarah Parishani has been living in the Tampa Bay area for over 20 years. She is a proud Graduate of the University of South Florida as of Fall 2010, Go Bulls! Her focus was in English Literature and she hopes to successfully overcome the beastly endeavor that is Law School in the near future. Writing, Reading and fabulous food are among the luxuries of life that please Sarah.
She is without a doubt fashion obsessed; the ability to outwardly express one's self intrigues her. Her appetite for life is undeniably ferocious and that is just how she likes it.
Nisha Harjani
Nisha Harjani was born and raised in the sunshine state of Florida. She earned her B.A. in Public Relations, and is currently pursuing her second B.A. in Accounting and Finance at the University of South Florida. One of her main passion is traveling. She has been to several countries and savors food, culture and breathtaking views every chance she gets. With her outgoing personality and abundance of joy for life, she is sure to be a success. Nisha plans to become a CPA, and eventually open up her own firm. With a plethora of love for others and helping people, she is sure to inspire others along her journey.
Ameer Lakhani
Ameer Lakhani was born in India and raised in Pakistan. Ameer Lakhani was a city valedictorian from D.J. Government Science College in Karachi. After attending NED Engineering College for a year, Ameer arrived in USA and graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Business degree in Management. He managed a career in the Hospitality field before entering the Real Estate Industry over 10 years ago, and currently owns a boutique Brokerage Company specializing in businesses (gas stations, c-stores, dry cleaners, etc), commercial properties (strip centers, office condos, apartment buildings, etc), and luxury residential properties (waterfront condos, homes in golf course communities, etc).
Sofia Lakhani
Sofia Lakhani was born and raised in Pakistan. Sofia is a graduate of University of Karachi with a degree in Microbiology. A proud mother of two beautiful daughters, Sofia managed a career as a microbiologist before entering the Real Estate Industry over 10 years ago. With an up-to-date knowledge of schools in various neighborhoods, and a keen eye for tasteful interior design and decor, Sofia has assisted numerous clients acquire great homes throughout Tampa Bay. Sofia also manages company's website and client relations through newsletters and other means of communication.
